Shipping and Returns
Gitty Fuchs offers worldwide fulfillment service on all orders. Once payment has been made in full, Gitty Fuchs Art will shipped to any destination. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery and delivery can only be made to physical addresses, we cannot ship to a PO Box. All our Artworks are fully insured before shipment either by Gitty Fuchs directly or by its carrier. All shipments are subject to the carriers’ stipulations and regulations. Gitty Fuchs is not responsible for any delays due to the destination customs clearance processes. Gitty Fuchs is not responsible for any custom’s levies or import duties, VAT, clearance charges or other taxes charged by local authorities or the country of destination.
Returns
All items purchased are eligible for returned for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
All items purchased are eligible for exchanged and upgrade for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
All items returns are the responsibility of the buyer, including all shipping, duties and insurance fees.

Refunds
Re-Stocking - 10% re-stocking fee
Credit – Gitty Fuchs is pleased to offer the re-stocking fee as a credit toward a future purchase up to 12 months from the date of the original purchase
Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made at the time of purchase. Refunds for items originally purchased with a check or cash more than $100 will be made by a check issued from our corporate office within 21 days of the return. Items charged will be credited to the same account to which the purchase was charged. Gitty Fuchs is happy to offer a proof of transaction on the date of the refund.
All returns and exchanged items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and all merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging to be eligible for the above refund and exchange terms and conditions.
